Frequently Asked Questions

Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. Orders will be shipped out as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. 

Items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All items purchased are final sale.

Nemarie Scents is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event an item shipped is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. Nemarie Scents will not be held liable for any shipping discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaces or incorrectly delivered shipments.
